At Khattami, each fragrance is prepared, packaged, and shipped with great care to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days.

  • International Orders: Not applicable

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. For international shipments, additional customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. You can use it to monitor the delivery progress in real time.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact care@khattami.com or WhatsApp us at +92 321 2508227 immediately. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Khattami will not be responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
