Once a product has been shipped or opened, it cannot be resold or reintroduced into our inventory due to strict hygiene and contamination control policies. This ensures that every bottle delivered to our customers remains in its original, untouched condition, as it was crafted and sealed at our facility. We maintain this policy to preserve the integrity, authenticity, and safety of every Khattami creation.
Damages and Delivery Issues
